The First Time You See Us

Your initial visit will take about one hour. In order to be ready for your appointment, please arrive at least a half-hour early. Paperwork for your initial visit can be lengthy, and it is important that you take your time and be as detailed as possible when completing it. Or you can download that initial paperwork from the New Patient Forms section this web site, fill it out at home and bring it with you. In that case, you only need to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

During your initial visit, you will receive an osteopathic treatment. Please dress comfortably in loose fitting clothes (no jeans, please!). Feel free to bring a change of clothes to your session, if you wish.

It is not uncommon for patients to experience 1-2 days of mild to moderate soreness after a first visit. During your appointment, we will tell you in more detail what to expect.

Please bring the following to your appointment

• A list of all medications (with dosages) that you are currently taking. This includes prescription drugs, vitamins, and herbal rememdies or supplements.
• Any diagnostic test reports you may have.
• A list of questions, if you have any.
